Nashua National Fish Hatchery

The Nashua National Fish Hatchery, in Nashua, New Hampshire, was established in 1898. The hatchery raises Atlantic salmon and American shad for the Merrimack River, and other New England rivers. The Hatchery offers educational tours to school groups, scouting troops and visitors. Tours are free and available Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., as staff workload and schedules allow.
