ALERT: Due to recent bear activity, bear canisters are required for all backpackers in the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness. Love's Cabin is a well known landmark at the junction of Hasley Basin and the North Fork of the Crystal. The trail follows the North Fork of the Crystal until it goes over Frigid Air Pass.
