Lily Lake #1964

ALERT: Due to recent bear activity, bear canisters are required for all backpackers in the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness. The trail goes through areas of lush vegetation. Large, dense stands of trees make it a beautiful area to hike through, but also provide the opportunity to spot wildlife. Lily Lake trail has three ridges it crosses over which makes it seem longer than it actually is. It is not maintained and can be very difficult to find in places.
