Overview Arrowhead Point Campground on Lake Greeson has 24 campsites available for first come, first serve camping. Site 24 is a full-hook up campsite with sewer, water, and electric. The other sites are all non-electric. Other amenities include a restroom with flush toilets, swim beach, and boat ramp.
