Overview Virgin Island National Park Overnight Moorings are located on the north and south shore surrounding the island of St. John. Overnight moorings are available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the mooring to purchase and claim a spot. Once on-site, you can pay for your mooring by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app at the self pay floating paystation.
