Overview Pine Flats Campground is located next to the Mad River, in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, on the Entiat Ranger District. Visitors have easy access to the Mad River trailhead which connects to several multiple-use trails. There are six campsites available that are all within close proximity to the river.
