Overview This campground offers excellent scenery. Although Steamboat Creek is closed to all fishing, summer visitors often see large steelhead trout attempting to jump the falls during their spawning runs. The campground is located on the opposite side of Steamboat Creek from Steamboat Creek Road. Towering fir trees shade the nine campsites, and in the summer months many enjoy swimming at the falls.
