The Blackhawk Museum seeks to stimulate interest in an interdisciplinary understanding of art, science, culture and history through exhibitions and programming that engage, educate and inspire children, adults and families of its diverse community and encourage stewardship of our cultural and natural resources. The museum fulfills its mission through public programming, lectures, educational outreach, library services and publications that enhance the museum's primary exhibitions.
