Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery was established in 1956. Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery supports tribal restoration programs for Coho salmon in the Yakima and Clearwater-drainages, and produces Coho salmon for local sport and commercial fisheries. The hatchery produces 1.6 million Coho salmon annually. It also has a large pollinator garden that showcases the importance of pollinators to native plants and ecosystems.
