Aspen Day Use Area

This site accesses the Deschutes River as well access to the Deschutes River Trail . There is a boat launch at this day use area, picnic tables and a restroom. Motors are prohibited on the Deschutes River from Aspen boat ramp to the north end of Lava Island. Dogs must be on leash at all trailheads throughout the year and on the Deschutes River Trail from May 15-September 15. Recreation Fee Site: Parking at this site requires a recreation pass.
