A small fishing lake in the North Creek Lakes area. The Department of Wildlife Resourses of Utah (DWR) stocks this lake with Brook Trout. Other fishing lakes near Flat lake are Blue Lake, Yellow Lake, Joe Lay Reservoir, Upper Barker Reservoir, Lower Barker Reservoir, and Dougherty Basin.
