Tassi Ranch consists of a 1930s-era stone ranch house, a barn, corral, and a grove of huge cottonwood trees beside a seasonal stream called Pigeon Wash. The remains of a holding pond and irrigation canal can be seen a short walk from the ranch house. A vault toilet is on the bluff just south of the ranch along the NPS 1213 road.
